"Darnell and son came out for a sight survey a few hours after I called.
He installed a Pelican system as well as a Tyent Alkaline drinking water unit in my home.
Very professional, prompt, and when he ran into some unforseen issues, let me know and returned when scheduled to finish the job.

"Darnell was the FIFTH plumber we had to our home to try to fix our issues with our tankless water heater. He was confident he was going to be the last plumber we needed, and he was RIGHT! He and his son worked together to replace the vent pipe material and we are good to go! It took three long years, but I can now use hot water at multiple faucets!! "

"We have a hydronic heating system. Our hot water was not working. We had 3 plumbers come out and no one could diagnose the issue. The manufacture of our water heater connected us with 3 D Plumbing. Darnelle came out that day and was able to diagnose the issue. He came back on Christmas eve to do the repairs so that our family could have hot water.
